Latvian Coast Guard Service

Latvian Coast Guard Service (LCGS) is a part of the Latvian Navy directly under command of the Commander of the Latvian Naval Forces.

LCGS performs particular coast guard functions and operates on a 24/7 basis.

LCGS maintains Maritime Rescue and Co-ordination Center (MRCC RIGA), which keeps instant watch on a 24/7 basis.
